We are the Staff Restaurant at Selfridges in the Trafford Centre. Front of House is hosted by Lead Barista Mark ably supported by the ever energetic Carlos, Stuart and Jimmy whilst the kitchen is led by the man who can Ryan supported by Daz and Jimmy (yep the same one!) and keeping the place spotless is our clean machine Gaz!
